The Rhode Island Orthopedic Society hosts three signature events annually, each offering valuable opportunities for exhibitors to connect with our members:

• Winter/Spring Event: Held in the evening each March, this gathering provides an engaging start to our event calendar.
• Annual Meeting: Taking place in early June, this highly anticipated event centers around a resident paper competition, drawing attendees eager to learn and network.
• Fall Meeting: A highlight of the year, this meeting typically features a board member from the AAOS who provides an exclusive Academy update.

Exhibit Details
All events run from 6:30 to 9:00 PM and include a cocktail reception from 6:30 to 7:15 PM, where exhibitors have the chance to showcase their offerings at 6-foot booths provided by the venue. This dedicated networking time is ideal for engaging with attendees and enhancing your visibility within the orthopedic community.

Event Locations
Meetings are typically held in Providence at premier venues such as Waterman Grille, Capital Grille, and Café Nuovo, offering a sophisticated and welcoming environment for attendees and exhibitors alike.
